You will meet the person who will be fixing your car. You are welcome to stay at the garage and wait until your car is done.
If you choose to leave, we will call you when your car is ready for pickup.
Getting the parts you need
After we identify which parts your vehicle needs, you can buy them yourself and bring them back to the garage, or give us the money to get them for you.
We will call the auto-parts store while you are here at the garage, so you know which parts are needed, what they will cost and how getting them will work.
